Whether the simulator is delivered fully assembled and calibrated？

We provide fully racing arcade machine assembled and calibrated. It comes with software and games. We are committed to making our machines plug-and-play from the moment they are unpacked.

Whether customization / OEM branding is available

After-sales technical support

1. We provides 20-hour standby online after-sales support.
2. The factory provides free online training for the buyer’s personnel, and the training content includes product installation, use and maintenance knowledge.

Warranty terms

1. We provide 1 year warranty

2. During the warranty period, the factory is responsible for providing free accessories or repair services for failures caused by product quality problems. The shipping cost of sending new spare parts shall be borne by the buyer. However, if the failure is not caused by product quality problems, the factory does not bear warranty responsibility.

3. After the free warranty period expires, the factory is responsible for paid repairs and parts supply services.

4. Failures and damages caused by improper use by the buyer or other non-product quality reasons are not covered by warranty and free repairs.

5. If the buyer requires the factory to install on-site, the factory shall provide corresponding services, but the buyer shall bear the travel, accommodation and labor expenses of Party B’s training personnel.
