2. During the warranty period, the factory is responsible for providing free accessories or repair services for failures caused by product quality problems. The shipping cost of sending new spare parts shall be borne by the buyer. However, if the failure is not caused by product quality problems, the factory does not bear warranty responsibility.
3. After the free warranty period expires, the factory is responsible for paid repairs and parts supply services.
4. Failures and damages caused by improper use by the buyer or other non-product quality reasons are not covered by warranty and free repairs.
5. If the buyer requires the factory to install on-site, the factory shall provide corresponding services, but the buyer shall bear the travel, accommodation and labor expenses of Party B’s training personnel.
